About the Company

Fullscript is an enterprise-scale healthcare platform operating across the United States and Canada. It supports a broad ecosystem of healthcare practitioners and patients, where accurate, transparent product information is critical to delivering safe, effective care.

By introducing governed workflows and automation, we’ve streamlined how teams collaborate, reduced manual effort, and significantly improved the quality and reliability of our product data.

The Challenge: Fragmented Data Undermining Trust and Scale

Before Akeneo, Fullscript managed product information across multiple disconnected systems, including ERP, eCommerce, and digital asset management platforms. This fragmentation created inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and operational risk.

Teams relied on manual processes to enrich and validate product data, while collaboration across content, legal, and leadership teams lacked structure. At the same time, regional regulatory requirements added complexity, making it difficult to ensure compliance across markets.

Supplier data introduced an additional layer of friction. Vendors provided product information in inconsistent formats, with varying levels of completeness and quality. Internal teams were forced to manually clean, standardize, and validate this data before it could be used, slowing onboarding and introducing risk in a highly regulated environment.

Data governance remained reactive rather than strategic. As the catalog grew, so did the challenge of maintaining accuracy, consistency, and speed.

Fullscript needed a scalable foundation to centralize product data, enforce governance, and enable teams to move faster without compromising trust.

We delivered a complex, enterprise-scale PIM implementation in under six months, without compromising on governance, quality, or long-term scalability.

The Solution: Building a Connected Product Experience Foundation

Fullscript partnered with Datmos and Akeneo to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a product data environment that had become fragmented across multiple systems and teams.

By implementing Akeneo Product Cloud as a centralized source of truth, they were able to unify scattered product information into a single, governed foundation. This included designing a flexible, regulation-ready data model capable of supporting both U.S. and Canadian requirements, while also leveraging Akeneo’s Supplier Data Manager (SDM) to streamline and standardize the intake of vendor data. To support their complex ecosystem, Fullscript introduced a middleware integration layer, ensuring smoother, lower-risk connectivity between Akeneo and their custom commerce infrastructure.

Beyond centralization, Fullscript was able to transform how product data was enriched, governed, and activated across the organization. Manual, siloed workflows were replaced with structured, cross-functional processes spanning content, legal, and management teams, supported by automated validation rules and attribute dependencies. This shift improved data quality and consistency and elevated data governance from a reactive task to a strategic capability.

With Akeneo powering multi-channel and multi-region distribution, Fullscript established a scalable framework for managing and growing its catalog, turning product information into a reliable engine for operational efficiency and long-term growth.

The Result: A Scalable Growth Engine Built on Trust

In just six months, Fullscript delivered a complex, enterprise-scale PIM implementation, integrating multiple critical systems while maintaining high standards of governance and data quality.

The organization centralized and governed tens of thousands of SKUs within a scalable, regulation-ready data model, creating a single source of truth across ERP, eCommerce, and digital asset management systems.

By introducing automation, validation rules, and structured workflows, Fullscript significantly reduced manual data handling and accelerated product onboarding. Supplier Data Manager further strengthened this impact by standardizing supplier data intake, improving first-time data quality, and reducing onboarding friction.

Together, these improvements enabled faster Time-to-Market, stronger cross-team collaboration, and a more scalable approach to managing product information.

Congratulations to Fullscript for being named the 2026 PX Champion of the Year in North America!
