We are happy to announce that we are releasing version 1.0.0-Beta2 of Akeneo.

Here is a snapshot on our main enhancements and new features introduced in this new release :
Variant groups are sets of products that represent variations of attributes. For example, a set of t-shirts in different colors and different sizes. You have a new entry in the Menu ‘Enrich > Groups’.
Associations are relations between products and groups and will enable you to manage things like cross-selling, packs or options.
You will find and manage all associations in a new tab of products named ‘associations’.
You can now import images and files for products, and export them.
