En 2015, l\u2019Agence am\u00e9ricaine de protection de l\u2019environnement (EPA) a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le constructeur avait install\u00e9 dans ses v\u00e9hicules diesel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/vw\/learn-about-volkswagen-violations\">un logiciel destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fausser les tests d\u2019\u00e9missions<\/a>. Ce dispositif d\u00e9tectait les phases de contr\u00f4le et modifiait les performances du moteur pour afficher artificiellement des niveaux de pollution plus bas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ces v\u00e9hicules \u00e9mettaient jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <\/span><b>40 fois plus d\u2019oxydes d\u2019azote<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que la limite l\u00e9gale. Cette fraude a an\u00e9anti l\u2019image \u00ab verte \u00bb soigneusement cultiv\u00e9e par la marque et entra\u00een\u00e9 de lourdes cons\u00e9quences : plus de 30 milliards de dollars d\u2019amendes et de d\u00e9dommagements, une perte massive de confiance du public et une atteinte durable \u00e0 sa r\u00e9putation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>H&amp;M<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H&amp;M, comme de nombreuses marques de fast fashion, s\u2019efforce de para\u00eetre plus durable tout en <\/span><b>produisant environ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surfacemag.com\/articles\/hm-green-machine-recycling\/#:~:text=H%26M%20is%20one%20of%20the,clothes%20as%20recently%20as%202019.\">3 milliards de v\u00eatements par an<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2021, l\u2019enseigne a lanc\u00e9<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/about.hm.com\/news\/general-news-2020\/recycling-system--looop--helps-h-m-transform-unwanted-garments-i.html\"><b> \u00ab Looop Island \u00bb<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans le jeu vid\u00e9o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Animal Crossing: New Horizons<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour promouvoir son dispositif de recyclage de v\u00eatements en magasin. Mais cette op\u00e9ration a rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 critiqu\u00e9e : selon ses d\u00e9tracteurs, elle d\u00e9tournait l\u2019attention des <a href=\"https:\/\/goodonyou.eco\/greenwashing-examples\/#:~:text=H%26M%E2%80%99s%20Looop,full%20rating.\">impacts environnementaux bien r\u00e9els de la marque<\/a>. Malgr\u00e9 ces initiatives num\u00e9riques, H&amp;M n\u2019a pas r\u00e9solu le probl\u00e8me de fond : la surproduction et le gaspillage inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 son mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Microsoft<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Microsoft affiche une ambition \u00e9cologique forte, avec un objectif de <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.microsoft.com\/blog\/2020\/01\/16\/microsoft-will-be-carbon-negative-by-2030\/\"><b>neutralit\u00e9 carbone d\u2019ici 2030<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
