Elle inclut toutes autres sortes de donn\u00e9es pertinentes telles que des sp\u00e9cifications techniques d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, ce qui permet par exemple aux acheteurs d\u2019\u00eatre s\u00fbr que le produit correspond bien \u00e0 leurs attentes ; les informations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation qui doivent \u00eatre faciles \u00e0 trouver et comprendre ; les informations \u00e9motionnelles qui incluent de bonnes descriptions produits ainsi que des images\/vid\u00e9os de haute r\u00e9solution et des documents annexes. Pensez \u00e9galement \u00e0 quels types d\u2019images vous diffusez. Sont-elles de simples photos de votre produit flottant dans le vide ? Ou montrent-elles le produit en situation ? Par exemple, mettez en sc\u00e8ne le mobilier que vous vendez dans une pi\u00e8ce correspondant \u00e0 son usage. Le contexte est la cl\u00e9, tant en termes de pertinence de l\u2019information produit par canal et pays, que par les images que vous utiliserez. Soyez cr\u00e9atifs ! Et utilisez cette cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er de la confiance et de l\u2019\u00e9motion.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCe dernier point montre l&rsquo;un des autres points de vue du rapport Forrester, \u00e0 savoir d\u00e9cevoir vos clients. Celui-ci semble bien s\u00fbr tr\u00e8s \u00e9vident, mais il y a un impact mesurable lorsque les clients sont frustr\u00e9s par leur exp\u00e9rience. Parmi les clients d\u00e9\u00e7us, seuls 12% adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la marque.<\/p>\n                        <\/blockquote>\n                                        <div class=\"author\">\n                                                                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"mb-2\"><div class=\"press-copy\">&nbsp;\r\n\r\nCes r\u00e9sultats de recherche de Forrester sont bas\u00e9s sur les donn\u00e9es des entreprises am\u00e9ricaines mais correspondent parfaitement avec les enqu\u00eates que nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9es au niveau mondial en B2C et B2B.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que les consommateurs et acheteurs disent \u00e0 propos de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience produit ?<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\nDans notre Enqu\u00eate \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.akeneo.com\/fr\/white-paper\/akeneo-2021-global-b2c-survey-results-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2021 Global B2C Survey<\/a>\u201d, nous avons interrog\u00e9 3500 consommateurs en France, Allemagne, Royaume Uni, Australie, Chine, Canada et Etats-Unis. Nous avons appris que <strong>50% d\u2019entre eux seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer plus cher<\/strong> (10% ou plus) pour une meilleure exp\u00e9rience produit soit des informations produits pr\u00e9cises.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNotre \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.akeneo.com\/fr\/white-paper\/akeneo-global-b2b-survey-2020-product-experience-management-around-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enqu\u00eate sur le commerce B2B en 2020<\/a>\u201d comportant les r\u00e9ponses de 1600 fabricants et distributeurs dans ces m\u00eames pays, donne des r\u00e9sultats similaires. <strong>56% disent qu\u2019ils pourraient am\u00e9liorer leurs taux de conversion<\/strong>, et presque la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux disent qu\u2019ils pourraient faire payer plus chers pour un m\u00eame produit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure exp\u00e9rience produit propos\u00e9e aux acheteurs.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA l&rsquo;inverse, dans notre Enqu\u00eate \u00ab\u00a02021 Global B2C Survey\u00a0\u00bb, pr\u00e8s de<strong> 4 consommateurs sur 5 disent qu\u2019ils pourraient abandonner un achat<\/strong> <strong>planifi\u00e9 <\/strong>s\u2019ils d\u00e9couvraient que les informations produits sont d\u00e9fectueuses ou incoh\u00e9rentes. Et pour souligner le point de Forrester sur la d\u00e9ception des consommateurs, notre enqu\u00eate montre que <strong>3 consommateurs sur 4 partiraient chez la concurrence<\/strong> suite \u00e0 une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience produit.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCe sont des statistiques qui peuvent facilement \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9es par les marques, fabricants, retailers et distributeurs en investissant dans la cr\u00e9ation de bonnes exp\u00e9riences produits. Cela peut se faire en utilisant des outils d\u00e9veloppant la collaboration entre \u00e9quipes, \u00e9valuant la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, sugg\u00e9rant des am\u00e9liorations et permettant aux \u201cmarketers\u201d de s\u2019assurer que les contenus num\u00e9riques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un produit soient les bons. Combien de fois \u00eates-vous tomb\u00e9s sur un produit que vous souhaitiez acheter et qui comportait des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akeneo.com\/fr\/blog\/scary-product-experiences\/\">images ne correspondant pas \u00e0 la description, ou qu\u2019il manquait tellement d\u2019informations produits que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas all\u00e9 au bout de votre achat ?<\/a>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nPrenez donc le temps de challenger votre catalogue produit\u2026 Est-il complet ?
