Les commerces non essentiels et restaurants ont ferm\u00e9 leurs portes, le \u201crestez chez vous\u201d est devenu la r\u00e8gle, ce qui en plus de changer nos habitudes, a impact\u00e9 certains secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nM\u00eame si l\u2019horizon d\u2019un \u201cd\u00e9confinement\u201d par \u00e9tape se confirme, les comportements et modes de consommation ne vont pas instantan\u00e9ment revenir \u00e0 leur \u00e9tat \u201cd\u2019avant COVID-19\u201d. Dans cet \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, voici un \u00e9tat de la situation et l\u2019\u00e9volution envisag\u00e9e pour le secteur de la distribution.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>L\u2019alimentaire : l\u2019omnicanal en pleine action<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maintenant\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nFace aux mesures de confinement et aux horaires restreints des commerces alimentaires, certains consommateurs se sont repli\u00e9s vers les options de commande en ligne. D\u2019apr\u00e8s Nielsen le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/coronavirus-10-chiffres-etonnantes-sur-les-ventes-en-ligne,344580\">e-commerce alimentaire a pratiquement doubl\u00e9 entre les deux premi\u00e8res semaine du confinement <\/a>, avec notamment une hausse de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ouest-france.fr\/economie\/coronavirus-coup-de-chaud-sur-le-drive-alimentaire-6793959\">+74% <\/a>pour les commandes avec retrait en magasin. Une demande satisfaite malgr\u00e9 des d\u00e9lais allong\u00e9s pouvant atteindre 15 jours en r\u00e9gion parisienne.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLes consommateurs qui n\u2019ont pas fait le choix de le vente en ligne, ont effectu\u00e9 leurs achats dans un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre plus restreint, ce qui a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 au commerce de proximit\u00e9 et aux producteurs locaux qui ont eux aussi d\u00fb mettre en place des offres syst\u00e8mes D : livraison group\u00e9e, partage de catalogue via facebook, prise de commande par SMS&#8230;\u00a0 Le March\u00e9 International de Rungis a m\u00eame mis en place une plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux particuliers : <a href=\"https:\/\/rungislivrechezvous.fr\/\">Rungislivrechezvous.com<\/a>.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nCertains acteurs de la distribution alimentaire ont quant \u00e0 eux invent\u00e9 de nouveaux canaux de distribution en s\u2019associant avec des partenaires tels que Uber Eats ou Deliveroo.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nouvelles Tendances<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nCertains <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theatlantic.com\/technology\/archive\/2020\/04\/how-youll-shop-for-groceries-after-the-pandemic\/610135\/\">experts<\/a> pr\u00e9disent un retour aux achats en magasin post confinement ; nous pensons qu\u2019une nouvelle tendance mixte verra le jour et que la distribution alimentaire devra s\u2019adapter. Nielsen anticipe notamment que la part de march\u00e9 du e-commerce devrait rester autour de 8% sur le reste de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2020. Outre Atlantique, la cha\u00eene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/news\/retail\/2019\/kroger-grocery-digital-retail-innovation\/\">Kroger\u2019s<\/a>,\u00a0 qui avait entrepris de \u201cs\u2019omincanaliser\u201d en offrant la prise de commande via mobile, le retrait en magasins et des programmes de livraison, a connu un franc succ\u00e8s et ce, en amont du confinement.\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Culture, sports et loisirs : oui, mais \u00e0 la maison <\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maintenant\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nPour les amateurs d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs, culturels ou musicaux, il a fallu reporter leurs plans. Les organisateurs de grandes manifestations ont d\u00fb annuler et reporter tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Les rediffusions et visites virtuelles auront permis \u00e0 certains, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 des initiatives comme celle de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ina.fr\/\"> l\u2019INA<\/a> (Institut National de l\u2019Audiovisuel) qui a donn\u00e9 acc\u00e8s \u00e0 son catalogue gratuitement, de s\u2019\u00e9vader devant leur petit \u00e9cran. Le \u201crestez \u00e0 la maison\u201d est \u00e9galement de mise pour les activit\u00e9s sportives avec la fermeture des salles de sport. Cordes \u00e0 sauter, bandes \u00e9lastiques et tapis de yoga figurent sur le podium des ventes en ligne, avec des ventes multipli\u00e9es par 7 \u00e0 9 par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9-confinement, toujours selon FoxIntelligence. Decathlon s\u2019est m\u00eame invit\u00e9 dans <a href=\"https:\/\/www.franprix.fr\/actualites\/a-la-une\/produits-decathlon-sont-chez-franprix\">70 magasins du r\u00e9seau Franprix<\/a>. Toujours dans le cadre du domicile, <a href=\"https:\/\/contentsquare.com\/fr-fr\/insights\/digital-experience-benchmark\/\">Content Square <\/a>confirme aussi une croissance r\u00e9cente des ventes d\u2019articles de d\u00e9coration et d\u2019ameublement &#8211; +167% par rapport \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (6 Janvier- 16 F\u00e9vrier) !\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nouvelles Tendances<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\nLa reprise des grands \u00e9v\u00e9nements publiques n\u2019est pas encore pour demain&#8230;et il faut s\u2019adapter.
