L\u2019enrichissement des donn\u00e9es produits \u00e9tait fait via des fichiers Excels en fonction des types d\u2019informations et des formats, solution plus adapt\u00e9e vu les enjeux digitaux de Babolat.<\/p>\n<p>Il fallait adapter sa strat\u00e9gie de vente pour r\u00e9pondre aux attentes des joueurs et enseignes aux quatre coins du monde tout en leur offrant une information produit de qualit\u00e9. Mettre en place un mod\u00e8le compl\u00e9mentaire de vente directe au consommateur s\u2019est vite impos\u00e9 comme une \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessaire pour le groupe.
