To support its growth, the Group implemented a new strategy for acquiring clients, which included using digital tools to market and organize their available products. In operational terms, the Group’s strategy included increasing their online presence by distributing specialized content on social networks. Individuals looking to “find out more” were encouraged to contact the sales team through the Group’s corporate website.
Another portion of this new strategy included redesigning the corporate website to meet new market standards and address the requirements of end clients.
The agency appointed to redesign the website had prior experience and early on in the project, identified the need to have better control over the process of enhancing and distributing product data to ensure that the content on the new website met their quality standards.
